Understand that energy, or that the vibration of energy, exists all around and through us. Everything is energy, we are energy. The difference lies in the rate of vibration of that energy. Animals, plants, flowers, and people absorb and release energy and it is possible for us all to exchange energy. It is necessary to remember that the wellness of self revolves continuously around physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental aspects of self. Energy flows freely through us and around us. If that energy slows, stops or even flows too quickly it becomes possible for our personal vibrations to falter and then eventually manifest itself in an unhealthy way, typically into some sort of illness.
In a way that particular individual (any living organism) has fallen out of a sort of alignment. When this occurs the tendency for the majority of the population is to address the symptom, what hurts now – let’s fix it. As more individuals are gaining knowledge of energy and vibration, they are not only looking for a more natural and non invasive means to health and wellness, they are searching past the symptom for the root of the problem.
What can cause our vibration misalignment?
So we use these tools or healing modalities, to help realign the energy that is misplaced/stuck/vibrating at a rate that is inappropriate for that particular energy/soul. What is the most exciting thing for me is to witness more and more people beginning to not only embrace but execute what works best for them and their vibrations. Remembering that we all vibrate at different rates, we then need to remember that what works for one person may not wok for another. For example, I wear a copper bracelet for arthritis, because this works for me does not necessarily mean it will work for you, but there will be another ‘tool’ that you could use for your arthritis – one that will be more suited for your energy’s rate of vibration. This is where the world has been blessed with a variety of tools to aid in her healing. Some are more widely recognizable then others, such as meditation and yoga. While others have been around for years, but are only now becoming a bit more mainstreamed, such as energy work, Numerology, Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy, color therapy, or essential oils to name but a few.
